Common questions about The One-Day Protocol
The One-Day Protocol is a personal development system designed to help you break unconscious patterns, align your daily actions with your long-term vision, and systematically become your future self. It consists of daily protocols (morning, day, evening), game components (your vision, internal enemy, etc.), and weekly reviews.
Start by going to the Game tab and setting up your game components:
Then, go to the Protocol tab and complete your first morning protocol.
Complete the Morning Protocol within the first hour of waking up. The Day Protocol works best around midday (12-2pm). Complete the Evening Protocol before bed. The key is consistency—same time each day.
While you can complete them individually, the protocol is most effective when you complete all three. Each session builds on the previous one, creating a complete cycle of intention, realignment, and integration.
Daily interruptions are 6 scheduled notifications throughout the day that ask you pattern-breaking questions like "What pattern are you repeating right now?" or "Is this action moving you toward your vision?" They're designed to break you out of autopilot mode.
Go to Settings → Notifications → toggle on Daily Interruptions. You'll receive 6 notifications per day at scheduled times (10am, 12pm, 2:15pm, 5pm, 7:30pm, 9:30pm).
Currently, the notification times are preset to optimal intervals throughout the day. Custom timing may be added in a future update.
The Progress tab shows your protocol completion history in a calendar view. Complete days are highlighted. You can also complete weekly reviews to reflect on patterns and wins over time.
The weekly review is a deeper reflection completed once per week. It helps you identify recurring patterns, acknowledge progress, and adjust your approach for the following week.
The Insights tab analyzes your protocol responses to surface patterns, themes, and areas where you're stuck or making progress. It's like having an external observer point out what you can't see about yourself.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. This generates a JSON file with all your protocol responses and game components that you can share or save.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all your protocol responses, game components, and progress data. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. Your protocol responses and personal data are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Make sure you've enabled notifications in both the app settings and your device settings. Go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → The One-Day Protocol → ensure notifications are allowed.
Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.
Currently, data is stored locally on your device. If you deleted the app or reset your device, your data may be lost. We recommend using the "Export My Data" feature regularly to create backups.
